Building Top Rope anchors – fixed, variable, tyed-off,  quickdrawimprove

顶绳保护站设置-固定的，可调节的，打绳结的，快挂加强

Safety – 1 anchor/1 rope, rope protectors, carabiners and edges, extending  over edges, swinging climbers (abrasion)
